Usability
Why not make a calculator so that customers can check the prices by themselves? On this website customers have to either send free inquiry to get a quote or fill out the order form to see how much the paper is going to cost. I don’t like sending inquiries and then waiting for a response, it takes too much of my precious time that I could actually use to order a paper and then go do my things.

If you prefer to communicate with customer support over the phone, on this website there is such an opportunity. They also have live chat, it’s a convenient option especially when it comes to solving urgent issues. And to my mind, old good email correspondence is the best way of contact.

Since there isn’t any pricing table, I can only share my own experience. I ordered a 2-page essay on History for my College class. My deadline was 3 days. So with no additional options my order would have cost me $19 per page, it means $38 it total. But I chose native English speaking writer option and plagiarism report; and so the price for my order was $59.39. The paper could have cost me less, had I not ordered plagiarism report at $9.99. By the way, plagiarism reports are provided free of charge on many other websites, like Essay For Me for instance, and in addition writers in this company are all native English speakers, so you don’t have to pay extra for that.
Speed
The shortest turnaround time here is 24 hours. They are fast, but there are many other companies able to provide papers even in 12 hours. So for really urgent orders it might be necessary to contact some other service.
Quality
